Currently, European citizens can enter Costa Rica without any problem and are not subject to specific health obligations when entering the country. It is sufficient to possess a passport valid for the desired period of stay.

Furthermore, immigration rules allow European tourists to stay in the country for up to 6 months. This represents a significant extension from the previous policy, which only allowed a maximum stay of 3 months. This change has made Costa Rica an even more attractive destination for European tourists eager to explore the country, immerse themselves in its culture and enjoy its natural beauty without having to face the time constraints of staying.

It is important to keep in mind, however, that regulations may change over time and it is advisable to always check the most up-to-date information before planning a trip to Costa Rica.
