On this page you will find how to join the Heaven One project and purchase your piece of paradise.

 

The project allows you to purchase 1 or more parcels of 5000 square meters of land located in Santa Rosa De Pocosol in Costa Rica.

 

You will be the 100% owner of your land and you will be able to build the type of home you prefer independently or you can use our construction company.

Here are the steps to follow to buy land in the village

1. Register your request for more information

By filling out the request form you will have the opportunity to receive the updated PDF BROCHURE with all the information on the Heaven One Village in addition to the plots available with the individual prices. The request is without any obligation to purchase.

 

IMPORTANT: Consider that the land investment, association costs, lawyer, etc. they have a total price starting from 50 thousand euros. DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM if you do not have this type of financial availability.

2. Pick your Lot

In phase two you will be able to choose the lot you prefer from the few remaining available. We will send you more information with the precise location, any photos and videos. 

Each lot/parcel has its own unique characteristics and is made up of 5000 square meters in which you can build up to 25% (300 square meter main accommodation, 200 square meter secondary home and the rest is used for farming and agriculture) according to the laws in force in May 2024.

3. Talk to our professionals

When choosing your lot you will have our team of professionals at your disposal who will be able to advise you according to your needs and answer any of your questions.

We will provide you with all the illustrative material in written form so that you have all the necessary guarantees to be able to choose the lot that best reflects your needs.

4. Reserve the chosen lot for only 2500 Euros

We have a very limited number of land for sale available. This means that we must PROTECT customers who are seriously interested in purchasing by giving them the opportunity to reserve the lot without having to worry that someone will purchase it before you. During the launch phase there are discounts on land prices and therefore it is essential to move in advance and before others. You will be able to reserve the lot of your choice by blocking the price of the land by paying only 2500 Euros.  This amount will then be deducted from the total amount that has been agreed for the purchase of the land and all the paperwork involved.

5. Visit to the land and more information

Now that you have blocked the chosen land you know that it has been reserved for you for 45 days which will give you the opportunity to come to Costa Rica to visit the village, carry on the collection of documentation for the purchase of all the land and any other required practices. Our team of professionals will always be available to assist you. You will also be able to arrange a private zoom with Morris San in case you want to complete the whole process without coming to Costa Rica

6. Payment of the balance and collection of the "keys"

Now you can finally complete the balance payment in complete safety and sign the purchase deeds. In a few working days you will receive the certificate proving your ownership of the chosen lot.

 

After paying the 2500 euro deposit in point 4, you will have 45 days to complete the purchase and pay the balance due.

If you have opted for our construction service for a villa or a 30m2 house, our team will contact you to begin the planned works. Construction work will be paid as agreed.

 

You will therefore be able to come to Costa Rica at any time and collect the “keys” for your 5000 square meter lot.

Unfortunately, investing in a real estate project in Costa Rica has the same costs as doing so in Italy or other parts of the world.
