Who takes care of cleaning and maintenance in the village?

We would like to introduce a “condominium fee” of $100 per month to ensure an adequate level of maintenance and care of the common areas. This contribution will serve to cover the costs of hiring specialized personnel who will take care of various activities fundamental to the well-being and aesthetics of our condominium.

In particular, the staff will be responsible for the arrangement and care of the hedges, ensuring that they are always well pruned and healthy. Furthermore, they will take care of the disposal of fallen leaves and branches, keeping the green spaces tidy and safe for all residents. Cleaning the streets inside the condominium will be another crucial activity, aimed at ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
