About Me

Morris San has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and hotel sector having launched several projects in England and Spain. For over 10 years he was the owner of a real estate agency in London specializing in the acquisition, renovation and rental of apartments for students and young professionals. In the Canary Islands it has had a network of self-owned holiday homes which have been successfully renovated and rented for over 5 years.

Morris still lives in Costa Rica and built his base inside the Village so he could supervise the construction work himself.

Morris speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and English.
