Attention, read this page carefully

In the last 3 years many people have ALWAYS asked me the same question:

"Morris but why did you choose to move to Costa Rica ?"

I want to give you a simple and sincere answer. I certainly didn’t do it for:
  • the climate
  • nature
  • the kitchen
  • friendship
  • love
  • The quality of life
Even though Costa Rica offers all of these things, I mainly did it for one reason alone. This reason is probably the same one that is pushing you to read this page to the end.
For over 4 years I realized that no matter how well I was financially, I wasn’t the master of my life. Before coming to Costa Rica, I lived in England, Spain and Italy and in both of these 3 countries the governments showed me how they could take away my FREEDOM from me at any moment. They took away my freedom to:
  • go out whenever I want
  • meet who I want
  • spend my money how I want
  • go where I want
They did it overnight, exploiting non-existent reasons supported by data which they then had to admit had been blown out of proportion. We have all understood that for the government we are numbers and that at any moment they can TURN US ON or OFF as they please.  

But I also understood that:

My Freedom is worth more than anything else.

And it is for this reason that I decided to take my destiny into my own hands and move to Costa Rica to create the HEAVEN ONE village, defined by many as the PLAN B village.

WARNING: I AM NOT SAYING THAT YOU SHOULD ALSO MOVE TO COSTA RICA NOW OR THAT YOU SHOULD DO SO IN THE FUTURE.
Mine was a personal choice dictated by many factors that I have already talked about in many videos. However, what you are interested in is the result of my actions and that is that I founded an off-grid village in Costa Rica where it is possible to buy 5000 square meter plots of land where you can build YOUR PLAN B.

PLAN B is nothing more than your parachute that you can use in case of emergency in Italy and Europe to be able to continue living your life in case of conflict, economic crisis, climate lockdowns and new pandemics .

Here are some of the reasons why I decided to create the village in Costa Rica:

  • THE LOCATION: Costa Rica is 9800km from Europe, 2000km from America and 10000km from Russia.
  • THE BANKS: Costa Rica is not part of the European banking circuit and has its own currency
  • ISOLATION: The village was built in land isolated from large cities
  • THE SOIL: Costa Rica has some of the most fertile soil in the world so it is easy to grow fruit and vegetables
  • THE SUN: Abundant electricity thanks to solar panels
  • THE VISA: It is very easy for European and American citizens to enter Costa Rica and renew the visa every 3/6 months
  • THE CLIMATE: Summer all year round
  • THE LANGUAGE: Spanish is very easy to learn. Majority of people speak english as well

These are just a few benefits of building a village in Costa Rica.

Now I’m asking you a question:

For you how much is it worth having a ready-made village of this type?

In fact, many people don’t understand the added value you get when you buy land in a village like Heaven One. Here it is not a question of calculating the price per square meter. (although the price is very low). Here we are talking about being able to purchase a ready-made PLAN B because my team and I have spent the last 2 years overcoming all the bureaucratic, financial, geopolitical and cultural barriers to build YOUR PLAN B. So I ask you again:
  • How much is all this worth?
  • How much is it worth saving two years of your life?
  • How much is it worth having everything already organised?
  • How much is the security of having a place to go in case of an international emergency worth?
  • How much is a ready-made PLAN B worth for you and your family?
  • How much is it worth to own a corner of heaven on earth?
